21 Aug 2022: Alkali Metals Ltd organized its 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on 21 August, 2022, keeping in line with the norms set by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for conducting AGMs through video conferencing or other audiovisual means.

26 Sep 2020: The 52nd  Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company was held on Sept 26, 2020, through video conferencing mode. The meeting was held in compliance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), wherein the companies have been allowed to conduct their AGM through video conferencing or other audiovisual means.
