1.Mr.C.V.Raju is the Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He is a post graduate in chemical Engineering from IIT (Kharagpur). He has experience in identifying business opportunities, promotion and carrying out economic feasibility of projects, Knowhow monitoring and related activities. Prior to joining us he has worked as an expert consultant with APITCO, Chem Design Company private Ltd(now CDC Industrial Infras Limited. Adam Smith International, UK, Implementation Secretariat, Chief General Manager In Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation Limited, Manager, (Chemicals) in Gujarat State Finance Corporation, Junior Engineer (R&D) in Indian Petro Chemicals Corporation Ltd, Chemical Engineer in Indian Plastics & Chemicals Pvt.Ltd, and was a Senior Research Fellow in IIT(Kanpur).
2. Mr. P. Satish Chandra Mouli is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer .He is a Post Graduate in Commerce and graduate in Law and a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, (ICSI) New Delhi. He has got good experience in capital market and Company law matters. He worked in Hyderabad Stock Exchange as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and as Chief Executive Officer for its wholly owned subsidiary company ie.HSE Securities Ltd,at Hyderabad (appointed through SEBI). After leaving HSE in March 2006, he joined with M/s. Arobindo Pharma Ltd., (A-Group Company on BSE) as Company secretary & GM ( Legal Compliances). He also handled the IPO of M/S. Kaveri Seeds Company Ltd, successfully.
3. Mr. K.N. Prasad, is General Manager - production. He has done his B.Tech (Electrical) from IASE University, Rajsathan and Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Proddatur. He has good experience in the field of Production Management. He worked as Electrical Supervisor in IDPL and as supervisor in Sri Engineering Works. He has been with our Company for the last 21 years.
4. Mr. P. Sankara Rao is General Manager-Finance. He is a Commerce graduate and has good experience in the field of Accounting Finance and Taxation. Prior to his joining with us he worked with M/s. Miniature Motor Co.
5. Mr. T. Rosaiah is Senior Manager, Research & Development department. He holds M.Sc (Chemistry) degree by qualification. He has good experience in the development of new products.
6. Dr.C.Venkateshwara Rao is Senior Research Scientist in the R&D wing. He is academically endowed with a Post Graduate and Doctoral degrees with distinction in the field of synthetic Organic Chemistry from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He did his doctorate under the guidance ofDr.J.S.Yadav, Director,Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad . Later he worked to the group of Prof. H. J.Gais, RWTH, in Germany as a post doctoral fellow. He returned to India in December 2007 and joined in Sai Advantium Pharma Ltd as a research scientist and has about 11 years Research experience to his credit in the synthetic organic and medicinal chemistry. He also contributed number of articles to various scientific journals along with renowned scientists and professors of India and abroad.
